The fresh, gourmet Pacific Heart of Palm is supplied fully prepared, packed and ‘ready to eat’ and packed specifically for the Fiji Hotel and Food industry trade.
We trim both ends to the readily edible portion making every gram usable, literally no wastage!
We start processing by carefully hand trimming, then each individual Heart is immediately cling-wrapped in food-grade plastic or vacuum-packed (your choice), and refrigerated.
Our preferred method of delivery is by overnight courier, within Fiji this is by CDP.
- Harvesting is once each week – 52 weeks a year
- Orders by Close of Business on Fridays – email or mobile to Dick Watling
- Delivery is Monday or Tuesday
- Orders of more than 10 kg can usually be supplied at any time with a three day supply time
